Send Maria a message.
The fastest way to reach the house is WhatsApp. Email works too. Either way, replies typically come within a day.
Maria
Landlord and host of the Sant Cugat student house. Has been letting the property to ESADE students for many years and handles every inquiry personally.
To help Maria respond well
A short note covering these points lets Maria suggest the right room and reply in detail rather than asking for clarifications:
- Your full name
- Your ESADE program (BBA, BiTLSI, GEL, MBA, MSc Finance, MSc Marketing, etc.)
- Your intended arrival date
- Which floor interests you — first-floor standard or second-floor premium
- If applying with a friend or specific roommate, mention them
- Anything else Maria should know
From first message to a held room.
-
Send Maria a message
WhatsApp or email — either works. Maria replies within a day with availability and answers to any questions you have about the house, the rooms, or the lease.
-
Share your ESADE admission email
This serves as the reference confirming you're enrolled at ESADE. The house is let exclusively to confirmed ESADE students.
-
Receive the lease contract
Before any funds are transferred, you receive the full lease contract — reservation fee, deposit, monthly rent, lease dates, and all terms in writing for your review.
-
Transfer the reservation fee
To formally reserve a room, the two-month reservation fee is required. This amount is detailed in the lease contract and serves as the deposit for the duration of the stay.
-
Receive your reservation receipt
Once the fee is received, Maria sends a written reservation receipt confirming the room is held in your name and acknowledging that the lease contract will be signed on arrival.
-
Sign the lease on arrival
When you arrive in Sant Cugat for the start of the academic year, you and Maria meet to sign the lease, hand over the keys, and walk through the house together.
